Welcome Back, We’re Open
Hi! Thanks for visiting our website, we hope to see you soon!
We are back! We can finally say it, We are open!! We look forward to welcoming all of our customers back over the next few days and weeks.
Whilst we might be open, the risks associated with coronavirus are still present. We have made a number of changes to the way we operate our The Coachhouse, in order to prioritise your safety while visiting.
We have performed an extensive risk assessment, installed social distancing measures and provided staff training to keep both our staff and customers safe at The Coachhouse.
We would like to thank our customers for supporting us through this difficult time and look forward to seeing you soon.
The Coachhouse Team
When are you reopening?
We are open! Come in for a visit, you can book a table here.
What information will we collect for the NHS Test and Trace?
The government has told pubs and other hospitality venues, when they reopen, to collect and maintain records of visitors. This information where requested must be shared with NHS Test and Trace. This is to allow the NHS Test and Trace to identify and inform those who may have been exposed to COVID-19.
All customers, or the lead member of a customer group, will be asked to provide their name, contact phone number, date of visit and arrival/departure time.
Children under 16 will not be asked individually to provide their details (they can visit only when accompanied by an adult parent/carer).
How are you going to use my personal details?
The NHS Test and Trace information will be collected throughout the day and stored confidentially by the team. This information will be securely destroyed after 21 days.
Customer details will not be stored electronically or shared with any third party, except NHS Test and Trace, if it requests them within the 21-day retention period.
By entering The Coachhouse, you are consenting to the release of your personal data by The Coachhouse to NHS Test and Trace (upon request).
Your data protection rights apply.
Will you be showing and football or sporting events?
At this time, we will not be showing any football or sporting events.
Now that we have re-opened, our focus is on meeting social distancing requirements and keeping our staff and customers safe. To avoid the risk of crowds building, no football or sporting events will be shown for now.
We will update this FAQ as soon as we know more.
Can I still order at the bar?
Customers are able to order from one of the designated till points at the bar. However, customers may not remain at the bar, once they have ordered and paid – they should return to their table.
Do I have to reserve a table before visiting?
To avoid disappointment, we recommend you book a table before visiting us.
With our capacity restricted, we might be full when you arrive. At busy times, to manage numbers, a member of staff will be asked to stand at the door.
How is social distancing going to work at the Coachhouse?
We have reduced the number of guests allowed in The Coachhouse at one time. Strict social distancing measures will be in place and you may be asked to use Hand Sanitiser upon arrival. We will have notices clearly displayed as well as hands-free sanitiser dispensers. We kindly as that you respect these measures when visiting the premises.
Are you accepting Cash?
We ask that our customers pay by contactless or card whenever possible. If a cash payment is required, please try to have the exact change.
Is the beer garden setup for social distancing?
Our external areas have been set up with the same social distancing measures as inside.
I have a question. How can I contact The Coachhouse?
